We're looking for a Support Worker to join our community team in Maesteg, providing 1:1 support to a deaf adult living in a supported living setting with their own house team. They have a brilliant sense of humour and a packed list of interests; watching sport, arts and crafts, getting out for a coffee, and exploring the community. Your role is to support their evening routine and help them stay connected to the social life they love and communicating through BSL.
This is a permanent role offering 13.00 per hour, currently working one evening per week (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, 3:30pm8:30pm) with the exact day to be discussed at interview.
Comprehensive training is provided from day one.
