My client a notable Property Company is looking for a General Manager / Customer Director / Senior Building Manager to oversee operations of a site circa 360,000sq ft. This role requires a customer‑focused mindset and delivery on ESG, Net Zero, WELL and WIRED Score initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations of a large‑scale commercial site.
- Mobilise from practical completion, oversee commissioning, and support tenant fit outs.
- Show prospective customers around and engage with end users (tenants) on a daily basis.
- Lead an on‑site team and foster a ‘one team’ ethos.
- Set and manage service charge budgets.
- Oversee health and safety on site, holding IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.
- Engage with service partners to deliver a high level of tenant experience.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a site of similar scale.
- Experience in commissioning, tenant fit out, and practical completion processes.
- Knowledge of budget management and health & safety requirements.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
