The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process.
You will possess the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviour by promoting and protecting the interests of service users and carers, communicating appropriately and effectively, working within the limits of your knowledge and skills, refer & delegate appropriately, respect confidentiality, manage risk, report concerns about safety, be honest and trustworthy and keep records of your work.
About us
We are searching for a team player who is enthusiastic about contributing to the practice’s continued development and growth. Starting in the New Year, we will also be training future GPs as an accredited training practice.

As part of the revised Dulwich Neighbourhood PCN, we work collaboratively to maximise resources, funding, and satisfaction for both staff and patients.
We have a friendly, close-knit team (people often stay with us for years).
Our staff are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and always seek ways to improve.
We offer a competitive salary.
You will receive six weeks of annual leave (plus one week of study leave) pro rata, bank holidays pro rata, and NHS pension.
You will be supported by 2 Nurses, an HCA, ANP, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Social Prescribers, Care Coordinators, and a Mental Health Practitioner, as well as a small administrative team.
