£15,750 per annum for a minimum of 3 days per month.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction, performance, and governance.
- Provide confident, independent challenge and strategic assurance at board level.
- Contribute to digital transformation, technology‑enabled service delivery, and digital governance.
- Support the Board in making impactful decisions and long‑term strategic objectives.
- Represent the organisation’s interests and uphold its values at board level.
Qualifications
- Strong board‑level experience at director level or equivalent.
- Proven track record of delivering results in complex organisations.
- Deep expertise in digital transformation, technology‑enabled service delivery, and digital governance.
- Inclusive leadership, sound judgement, and ability to navigate complexity.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to influence at board level.
