Remuneration

£15,750 per annum for a minimum of 3 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction, performance, and governance.
• Provide confident, independent challenge and strategic assurance at board level.
• Contribute to digital transformation, technology‑enabled service delivery, and digital governance.
• Support the Board in making impactful decisions and long‑term strategic objectives.
• Represent the organisation’s interests and uphold its values at board level.

Qualifications

• Strong board‑level experience at director level or equivalent.
• Proven track record of delivering results in complex organisations.
• Deep expertise in digital transformation, technology‑enabled service delivery, and digital governance.
• Inclusive leadership, sound judgement, and ability to navigate complexity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to influence at board level.
