We are partnering on a search for a Director of Commercial Finance to join a high-growth, international business operating in a flexible, consumer-facing sector.
This is a critical leadership role, reporting directly to the Group CFO, with responsibility for driving financial performance, supporting business partnering across multiple divisions, and shaping strategy at a senior level.
The Opportunity
This is a genuinely high-impact role:
- Would suit somebody ready to step up to CFO level in the next 2-3 year
- Support and develop a team of Finance Business Partners across multiple business units
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency
- Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle, bringing greater rigour, accuracy, and insight
- Support strategic initiatives, investments, and long-term value creation
- Enhance reporting, systems, and data
- Play a key role in a business with strong investor backing and realistic growth plans
What We're Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven senior commercial finance experience
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders in busy environments
- Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth businesses is advantageous
- Strong financial modelling, planning, and analytical capability
- Somebody who can build, challenge, and elevate a team
