We are hosted by West Lothian Health & Social Care Partnership. The single system service covers Edinburgh, East, Mid and West Lothian.
Role Summary
The leadership team and service are seeking a dynamic, inspirational Head of Service to support the transformational change agenda, positioning the service organisationally alongside the leadership team, operationally managing and continuing to support the culture of improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Support the transformational change agenda of the service
- Position the service organisationally alongside the leadership team
- Operationally manage the service and continue to support the culture of improvement
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in operational management
- Experience in professional development
- Experience in strategic influencing
Requirements
- Post holder must be a registered member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult) or be able to obtain membership before start.
- Applicants will need to satisfy a criminal records check in accordance with regulatory requirements, subject to changes effective 1 April 2025.
