Role Overview

We are looking for a C/C++ developer to join our low latency development team. The candidate will focus on the C/C++ components and will work alongside the wider development team, being involved in all stages of development.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the low latency development team to design, develop, and maintain high-performance C/C++ code for order entry gateway and trading services.

Participate in architecture and design reviews, performance tuning, and code quality initiatives.

Contribute to Linux-based infrastructure, network protocol implementation, and kernel-level enhancements.

Engage in agile development practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in C/C++ development.
  • Experience with financial markets and order entry gateway development.
  • Knowledge of Linux and network protocols.
  • Experience with kernel development is beneficial.
  • Basic scripting skills.
  • Understanding of FPGAs is useful.
  • Motivated by working in a high-performing team.
  • Flexible to change work streams as business priorities change.
  • Enjoy working in an agile development environment.
