Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting a junior Solicitor to join our Property department based in our Bristol office (with flexible hybrid-working).

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team working with both public and private sector clients. The role offers exposure to a broad range of property matters, including development work, acting for key clients such as developers, operators, funders and investors.
What we are looking for from you
- Previous experience in a property-related practice area
- Extremely organised with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to manage client expectations and adhere to KPIs
- Strong communication skills with a professional approach to work
- Confidence in working directly with clients
- An ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- An aptitude for drafting and legal analysis
- A team player with a keenness to work collaboratively with colleagues at junior and senior levels
- A practical and commercial, ‘can do’ approach to problem solving
