Position Details

Role: RTA Personal Injury Solicitor

Location: Lancashire / Hybrid

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role

• Manage a busy caseload of pre‑litigated and/or litigated RTA personal injury claims
• Draft key legal documents including letters of claim, witness statements, schedules of loss, and court pleadings
• Handle MOJ Portal and OIC Portal claims from start to finish
• Negotiate settlements with insurers, defendants, and other representatives to achieve the best possible outcome for clients

Key Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE in Personal Injury
• Excellent communication, advocacy and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and meet billing/fee targets
