The Role
The successful candidate will work as part of a market-leading disputes group, advising on a broad range of contentious real estate issues, including:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Development disputes and rights of light matters
- Telecommunications and infrastructure disputes
- Dilapidations claims
- Insolvency-related property litigation
- Strategic asset management disputes for large real estate portfolios
The role offers early responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across international offices on cross-border matters.
The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Is newly qualified up to 2 years' PQE (England & Wales-qualified preferred)
- Has experience in property litigation, ideally gained at a leading City or regional practice
- Demonstrates strong academic credentials
- Possesses excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Is commercially aware and able to work effectively within a high-performing team
