Clients include corporates, investors, sovereign-related entities, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals involved in sophisticated cross-border matters across multiple jurisdictions. The practice is broad and consistently high calibre, including: Commercial litigation and cross-border disputes. Civil fraud and asset tracing matters. Shareholder and joint venture disputes. Contentious trust and fiduciary matters. Investigations involving allegations of fraud, bribery, and corruption. International arbitration and related proceedings. The successful candidate will: Be England & Wales qualified, or a Commonwealth-qualified Lawyer from Australia or New Zealand, likely between 2 and 5 years’ PQE. Demonstrate a consistently strong academic background. Have trained and qualified at a leading City, or international firm. Possess strong experience across commercial litigation and complex disputes. Be technically excellent, commercially minded, and confident dealing directly with clients.
