The role offers a significant level of responsibility from the outset, leading transactions, managing matters independently, and playing an active role handling cross border work You will be expected to take a leading role in distressed M&A transactions, acting for both buy and sell side clients across a variety of sectors, coordinating with overseas counsel where required.
