We’re working with welcoming secondary schools across Wolverhampton looking for enthusiastic Graduate Cover Supervisors to join them ASAP on a long-term, full-time basis.

This is an ideal opportunity for graduates considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, SEND, or pastoral support. You’ll gain hands-on classroom experience, develop confidence leading lessons, and build skills that genuinely set you apart for future careers in education.

The role:

• Full-time, long-term Graduate Cover Supervisor opportunities across Wolverhampton
• ASAP starts available
• Supervising pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students engaged with learning
• Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Providing additional support throughout the school day where needed
• Building positive relationships with students and staff

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has recently graduated or is completing a degree
• Is confident, adaptable, and approachable
• Can communicate clearly and lead a classroom professionally
• Has experience working with young people through tutoring, coaching, mentoring, camps, youth work, or similar, although this isn’t essential
• Is interested in a future career within education
• Brings positive energy and resilience to school life

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
