Were looking for a Network Development Planner (Fares and Ticketing) to lead the design and delivery of fare and ticketing products across the regions bus network, supporting over 20 million journeys a year. This is a highimpact role where youll shape fare policy, improve customer experience and work at the heart of public transport innovation.

Youll collaborate with local authorities, operators and suppliers to deliver practical, customerfocused solutions managing contracts, budgets and programmes while keeping a strong focus on value for money and passenger outcomes.

About you
Youll bring experience of fares, ticketing or customer-focused service design in a public transport or regulated environment, with strong analytical skills and confidence working across multiple stakeholders. Youll be organised, datadriven and comfortable navigating political and contractual contexts.
