Working Hours Early morning shifts (typically between 5:30am 2:00pm)
Includes weekends and public holidays on a rota basis
Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes (full English, continental options, pastries, etc.)
Ensure food is prepared and presented to a high standard
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Requirements Previous experience as a breakfast chef or similar role preferred
Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management xwzovoh and organisational skills
Punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
