My client is a leading B&I contract caterer and they are looking for a Events Sales Manager to join their team at one of their flagship contracts in the City of London.
For this Events Sales Manager role, I am looking for a candidate who possesses the:
Experience of venue sales, negotiation and identification of upselling opportunities

Understanding of financial planning and setting realistic and ambitious targets

Background of planning and coordinating a variety of events including conferences, meetings, receptions and dinners

Knowledge of managing a venue bookings diary and client database

Ability to simultaneously manage multiple events and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

Experience of conducting site visits of the event spaces xwzovoh

Ability to guide clients through the planning process, and ensure that all documentation is ready to handover to event operations and the facilities team in good time
