The kitchen runs lean, so everyone plays an important role in keeping things consistent and running smoothly.The roleWere looking for a Chef de Partie to take ownership of the kitchen during breakfast and daytime service.Youll report directly to the Head Chef, while also working independently to run the kitchen day-to-day.
