The Distefano family, spanning two generations, started San Carlo over 30 years ago and seen it grow to twenty-five authentic Italian restaurants across the UK from Covent Garden, Piccadilly and Knightsbridge in London to Bristol, Leicester, Liverpool Leeds, Cheshire and Manchester and with a growing number overseas including Kuwait, Bangkok and Qatar and Miami.

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor , based in the stunning setting of our Head office in Manchester City Centre, responsible for our Northern region!

Key Duties: Support managers and employees across northern-region restaurant locations with day-to-day HR advice, guidance, and employee relations matters.
Advise on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance procedures in line with company policy and UK employment law.
Work closely with regional and restaurant management teams to improve employee engagement, training, and overall people performance.
Maintain accurate HR records and help ensure consistent HR practices across all northern sites.
Assist with implementing HR initiatives, policy updates, and culture-focused projects
