We are partnering with a world-renowned Italian restaurant group to recruit a Pastry Sous Chef
Join a stunning seafood-led Italian restaurant inspired by the refined flavours of the Italian Riviera, in the heart of London. We are seeking a skilled Pastry Sous Chef to join the team at this elegant, high-volume venue.
The Role:
Support the Head Pastry Chef and pastry team in delivering high-quality Italian desserts
Work across all pastry sections in a busy, high-volume kitchen
Maintain impeccable standards of presentation and consistency
48-hour week
Kitchen closes at 11pm
The Ideal Pastry Sous Chef:
Proven experience in a quality pastry kitchen – fine dining or high-volume environment
Strong classical pastry skills with attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Passion for Italian cuisine and elegant presentation
Team player ready to support and develop junior staff
