Kents Hill Park is a dedicated training and conference centre set in a peaceful location on theoutskirts of Milton Keynes, yet within easy access to key road, rail and airport networks. Ideallysuited to training courses and conferencing, our quiet, suburban location provides delegateswith an environment conducive to learning.

With over 70 meeting rooms and 300 bedrooms, with ourrestaurant serving upwards of 200

guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we also have fantastic onsite leisure club operated byNuffield Health.

Kents Hill Park offers a flexible and adaptable approach to our clients business needs and canaccommodate up to 600 delegates being one of the largest dedicated training and conferencecentres in the UK, it is not surprising that Kents Hill Park is recognised as a leading venue to hosttraining and conferencing events in the home counties. Specific responsibilities

• To co-ordinate with departmental HODs ensuring that new standards / control procedures are correctly met in line with Profit Protection audit.
• To control and issue Purchase Orders, and record in accordance with Company Policy.
• To support the FC with the management of team member timesheets.
• To accurately record daily sales and balance the banking of receipts
• To record weekly stocktake counts and process into SAP
• To monitor the departmental inbox and action emails from suppliers as appropriate
• To process approved supplier invoices
• To support the FC/AFC in the accurate reporting of monthly management accounts
• To comply with any reasonable request from the Management team.

• Good communication and ability to liaise with other team members
• Good proficiency on Excel
• Ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
