We’re seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Executive to focus on driving group dining, group bookings, private hire, and events business across their Edinburgh and Newcastle venues as well as increase general brand awareness and business development.


This role is ideal for someone well-connected in the local business and social community, who can build strong relationships and maximise revenue opportunities. Working closely with the wider sales and marketing team, you’ll deliver targeted outreach and networking to increase bookings and grow their presence in the Edinburgh and Newcastle markets.
