Business Operations Executive - With a focus on AI / Automation

About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Operations Executive to help shape how we use AI across the business. This role focuses on improving how we work through AI, both by optimising the tools and workflows we already use, and by researching new technologies that could further enhance performance and efficiency.

You’ll work with platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, helping teams get more value from them in day‑to‑day operations, while also identifying and testing new AI tools that could be introduced into the business.

You’ll act as the link between AI tools and internal teams, ensuring AI is embedded effectively into workflows and continuously improved over time.

This role offers strong progression into AI enablement, workflow ownership, stakeholder‑facing optimisation work, and becoming an internal expert in how AI is applied across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Optimising existing AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency and output
• Researching and evaluating new AI tools for business use
• Embedding AI into operational processes across teams
• Supporting adoption of AI tools across the business
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand needs and improve processes
• Acting as the link between AI capability and day‑to‑day business activity

• Confident communicator who can work with stakeholders
