Linq Recruitment Specialists have been appointed to recruit an experienced Operations Director for a company that provider Children's Residential services.

Our client operates a growing number of residential children's homes supporting vulnerable young people through trauma-informed care.

This appointment represents a unique opportunity for an experienced Operations Director to support the organisation through its next phase of growth, operational excellence, and continued impact for some of the most vulnerable children in society.

Required Skills

• Leadership experieince as either an Operations Director or a Regional Director in children's residential services
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in highly regulated sectors
• Strong governance experience
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills across regulators, commissioners and partners
• A strong commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people
• A deep understanding of Ofsted regulations

Experience within children’s residential care and Ofsted is essential.
