We’re looking for graduates who are passionate about entrepreneurship, commercial growth and client relationships. What you’ll do

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities across local and regional markets
• Build and manage client relationships to drive retention and commercial growth
• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
• Support operational projects, performance tracking and reporting
• Learn leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation through on-the-job responsibility

Who this role is for

• Recent graduates (within last 3 years) or equivalent experience keen to start immediately
• Ideally resident in Birmingham, Solihull, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Sandwell, Walsall or nearby West Midlands areas
• Strong communicator with commercial curiosity, resilience and a proactive mindset
• Interest in entrepreneurship, small business growth, sales and strategy
• Ambitious, organised and motivated to progress into management or found a business in future
