About the opportunity

A superb small and independent strategic marketing agency are seeking a freelance organic social media strategist/videographer to join them on a flexible basis.

The agency in question have delivered some superb marketing strategy work for B2B clients who deliver exciting production and live experiences for festivals, corporate events and more. Having successfully delivered the strategic work we are now looking to bring in an organic social media superstar, to take that marketing strategy and turn it into an exciting social media strategy which engages well with audiences. (which are other businesses, events and festival organisers)

You will be responsible for translating the marketing strategy into a clear social strategy, looking at the social-first creative ideation, building social content plans (with a focus on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) storyboarding for social-first video content, and even (If possible...) looking to film, edit and produce superb videos to be rolled out as part of the social strategy. (With a focus on organic social rather than paid)

Ideal skill-sets

• Excellent background in supporting marketing or creative agencies with organic social strategies and creative ideation
• Ability to build organic social-first content for B2B audiences
• Potential experience in delivering social campaigns for target audiences in the events, festival or experiential space.
• Superb knowledge of video content ideation, production, videography and video editing skills.
• Strong exposure to in-platform social with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and more
• Excellent ability to beautiful story ideas which will resonate with it's audiences
• Great video editing background with Adobe suite, Cap Cut or similar.
• Strong content creation, planning and project management abilities.
• Excellent experience in using social scheduling tools and building social content pillars.
• Brilliant client communication skills and willingness to engage with clients on calls, in-person or on email.
• Videography experience is a bonus but Social Media Strategy for B2B organic social is the preference.

The hours/days are negotiable. We are looking to speak to freelance organic social media strategists with a B2B focus rather than B2C.
