The Role:

· Employment Associate

· Advising clients across health (NHS and private), education, government, charities and commercial sectors

· Primarily contentious employment work

· Managing Employment Tribunal litigation and complex advisory matters

· Involvement in high-profile and sensitive public sector work

· Delivering training and contributing to business development initiatives

· Working as part of a highly collaborative national employment team across offices

· Clear progression pathway


The Candidate:

· NQ-5 years’ PQE in employment law

· Background advising complex or public sector employers is advantageous

· Advocacy experience or an interest in advocacy welcomed

· Excellent communication, drafting and client-handling skills

· Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused

· A collaborative and respectful team player who values culture and personality as much as technical ability

· Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities

· Interest in contributing to team growth, development and wider firm initiatives
