The Opportunity

A growing London-based law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Legal PA to support senior fee earners up to Partner level.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that is expanding its London presence (and just released some amazing financials for last year) and offers genuine scope for development.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing high-level PA support to Partners and fee earners
• Diary and inbox management
• Preparing and formatting legal documents
• Billing and financial administration
• Coordinating meetings, travel and internal communications

• Salary: Up to £54,000
• Location: London (near Liverpool Street)
• Working pattern:5 days in office initially moving to 4 days in office after 6 months
• Excellent benefits package

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Legal PA
• Experience supporting at Partner level
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive and able to manage a busy workload
