Salary: £25,000 Base Salary (Negotiable) + Performance Bonus (Year 1 OTE £45,000)

About the Opportunity

This structured training programme provides immediate, hands-on exposure to the core pillars of our business: team leadership, commercial business development, campaign delivery, and strategic growth. Working side-by-side with experienced Directors, you will gain unparalleled insight into commercial decision-making, performance management, and operational planning. You will be doing meaningful work that directly impacts our bottom line and your own career trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and execute local business development initiatives and live client campaigns.
• Learn the fundamentals of people management, motivating and leading teams through direct collaboration with senior management.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs, identifying commercial trends and areas for growth.
• Play a pivotal role in our expansion activities, including launching new markets outside of the West Midlands.
• Build a robust professional network through internal leadership training and external industry events.
