You'll work on retained international mandates across retail, FMCG and consumer products, supporting senior leadership hires in the UK and globally.

You'll learn from an experienced search team, build genuine market expertise and have a clear path towards becoming an executive search consultant.

This is not contingent recruitment. There is no CV race.

The work is research-led. Market mapping, senior candidate engagement and shortlist delivery.

Genuine conversations with people who are rarely active in the market.

• Polish and credibility

• Genuine curiosity about businesses and people

• High standards

• Ambition that goes beyond billing targets

If you've been thinking about making this kind of move, it's worth five minutes of your time.

Applications will only be considered if you have recruitment agency experience and the right to live and work in the UK with a good command of the English language.
