Role Description

This full-time Structural Engineer role is an on-site position based in Greater London. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for conducting structural analyses, performing precise calculations, designing structural systems, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. The role also includes using tools such as Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to develop and finalize construction plans, collaborating with architects and other engineers, and ensuring the structural integrity of projects.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
  • Strong skills in Calculations and Structural Analysis
  • Experience using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
  • Ability to assess and ensure compliance with construction and safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Membership or eligibility for membership in professional bodies (e.g., ICE or IStructE) is highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with UK construction standards and practices is preferred
