VP of Legal – AI Infrastructure / Data Centre Platform

I’m representing a confidential, institutionally backed AI infrastructure platform scaling across data centres, power, land, GPU compute, cloud/software and enterprise AI.

This is not a BAU legal role.

They’re looking to appoint a VP of Legal to build the legal function from the ground up and work closely with senior leadership on platform growth, governance, deal structure and international expansion.

Key focus:

• Legal frameworks, governance and processes
• Commercial partnerships, customer agreements and strategic transactions
• Data centre development, power, cloud/software and GPU compute
• Strategic risk, growth and executive-level decision support

Ideal background: data centres, digital infrastructure, cloud and AI.

Compensation is open and will be competitive for the right person.
