About The Role:
I'm recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager to support a large, long-term national services contract at a significant point of transformation.
This is a key hire. The business needs someone who can bring consistency, structure, and operational efficiency across a complex, multi-site environment and who can operate at both a strategic and operational level. That means looking at the bigger picture while also getting into the detail, mapping processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements that deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across a complex national operation
- Map current-state processes and design future-state improvements
- Identify inefficiencies and implement operational improvements
- Drive consistency across multiple sites and functions
- Support wider transformation initiatives as the contract evolves
- Work closely with operational leadership teams and key stakeholders
- Track delivery of improvement initiatives and ensure benefits are realised
What they’re looking for:
- Strong background in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Improvement
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement methodology experience
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and leading change initiatives
- Strong process mapping capability
- Ability to operate both strategically and in a hands-on delivery capacity
Desirable experience:
- Contract mobilisation or transition experience
- Multi-site operational environments
- Backgrounds within facilities management, logistics, utilities, manufacturing, transport, or similar service-led environments
