Sales Engineer / Sales Manager – Mechanical / Industrial

A specialist engineering business is looking for a Sales Engineer to join a small, hands-on team supporting customers across the UK and Ireland.

The role is a mix of inbound enquiry handling and outbound sales activity, working with industrial clients to deliver bespoke engineered solutions.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage inbound enquiries and follow up with outbound sales activity
• Produce technical quotes and estimates for engineered products
• Use CAD to support solution design and customer proposals
• Work closely with engineering and production teams
• Build relationships with key industrial customers

What you’ll need

• Mechanical engineering background
• CAD experience (essential)
• Experience in technical sales, applications, or estimating
• Comfortable speaking with industrial customers and understanding requirements
• Practical, hands-on approach
