Operations Manager

A market leading retailer who are loved by shoppers for their extensive range across fashion & homeware are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their dynamic retail team in the picturesque Surrey town of Camberley. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring operational efficiency & overseeing the delivery & replenishment process. You will have direct line management accountability for the online delivery & sales team ensuring that targets are met and everybody is working efficently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth trading

• Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team

• Manage stock control, deliveries, and inventory accuracy

• Drive operational efficiency and implement best practices

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures

• Support recruitment, training, and performance management

• Work collaboratively to achieve sales and KPI targets

• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store standards

About You:

• Previous experience in an operations Manager or senior retail management role

• Fashion retail experience preferred

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Commercially aware with a hands-on management style

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Flexible, proactive, and customer-focused

The salary is paying up to £40,000
