We’re working with a highly respected regional law firm looking to hire an experienced Legal PA to support the Head of Department alongside a busy and collaborative Litigation & Dispute Resolution team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and highly organised Legal PA who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys working closely with senior fee earners while playing a key role in the smooth running of the department.

The Role

We are seeking a personable and proactive Legal PA to provide high-level support to an experienced Partner and his wider team, including solicitors, a legal executive, and a trainee solicitor. Working closely with another PA, you will help ensure the efficient day-to-day management of the department while delivering exceptional client service.

Strong working knowledge including:

• Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and court hearings efficiently.
• Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients and handling sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Supporting case management, maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and ensuring court deadlines are met.
• Assisting with billing, invoices, expenses, and financial administration.
• Providing wider administrative support including email management, filing, photocopying, and handling telephone calls.

About You

• Previous experience as a Legal PA or Personal Assistant within a legal environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong administration and audio typing skills with high attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with excellent client care skills.
• Able to work proactively, use initiative, and remain calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced team environment.
• Litigation & Dispute Resolution experience is advantageous but not essential.
