Operations Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join a growing team and provide high-quality administrative and operational support. This role plays a key part in ensuring day-to-day processes run smoothly, acting as a central point of contact across the business.

Key responsibilities

Manage and take ownership of daily administrative operations

Maintain accurate records and digital files, ensuring strong attention to detail and compliance

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes where required, and track actions through to completion

Produce reports, analyse data trends, and provide insights to support decision-making

Provide administrative support across teams, including handling correspondence, documents, and scheduling

Support company events, team activities, and internal functions

Coordinate communication across departments, ensuring information is clear and timely

Assist with invoice processing and general accounting queries

Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement practical solutions

Skills and experience

Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or business support role

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

Confident working with data, including tracking, reconciliation, and reporting

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

Experience supporting finance or HR processes is beneficial
