About the Role - We are looking for a dynamic, intelligent, and consultative Sales Consultant to join our team, someone who can rise above outdated perceptions of "double glazing sales." You will thrive on meaningful conversations about:

You should have:
- Proven Sales Talent: Demonstrated success in consultative sales. Some knowledge of construction will be helpful, but aptitude is more important. Comfortable with outbound calls.
- Customer-Centric Approach: The ability to deeply understand client needs and tailor solutions.
- Technical Acumen: A willingness to learn and confidently discuss the specifications and performance of our products.
- Professionalism and Drive: A self-starter with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
