We’re working with a well-established business delivering specialist interior solutions, to hire an Account Executive who can manage the full sales cycle — from first conversation through to long-term client relationships.
This is less “smash the phones” and more build trust, uncover needs, and create tailored solutions.
The Role
This is a position, giving you ownership of your pipeline and relationships from day one.
You’ll:
- Build and manage your own portfolio of clients and opportunities
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs, project requirements, and timelines
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders across commercial interiors and workspace environments
- Manage deals end-to-end — from initial outreach through to close and beyond
- Collaborate internally to ensure client solutions are delivered effectively
- Focus on long-term value, repeat business, and account growth

- Confident communicator who can engage with a range of stakeholders
- Self-motivated and comfortable owning targets and pipeline
Bonus if you have:
- Experience within interiors, fit-out, workspace solutions, or similar sectors
- A more consultative or solutions-led sales background
