What You’ll Do:
- Manage renewable energy contracts from planning through to completion
- Oversee installation of Solar PV, battery storage and low‑carbon systems
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and project delivery across multiple jobs
- Monitor project performance against KPIs, SLAs and budgets
- Handle contract variations, risks and commercial elements of delivery
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
- Ensure all works comply with UK building regulations, MCS standards and H&S requirements
- Support and mentor junior team members as the function grows
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong electrical background (e.g. Electrician, Supervisor, Project Manager)
- Experience delivering or supporting electrical / building services projects
- Understanding of UK building services regulations and compliance
- Exposure to project management or contract delivery (formal title not essential)
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple workstreams
- Commercial awareness and confidence dealing with clients
- Proactive attitude – someone keen to step up and take ownership
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition (BS 7671)
- Solar PV / renewables knowledge beneficial but not essential
