Job Profile
- Order and reserve parts, process invoices and payments
- Handle after-sales enquiries alongside the service department
- Respond to customers via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Prepare estimates and present tailored solutions
- Maintain close contact with workshops and service advisors
- Support parts inventory checks and stock awareness
- Prospect new clients and grow your customer accounts
- Contact customers with promotions and follow-up offers
Candidate profile
- Experience in the automotive industry or car parts sector -this is essential
- Full professional fluency in German, plus strong English - written and spoken
- Comfortable on the phone - confident, clear, and customer-focused in every interaction
- Good commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset
- A collaborative attitude - you work well with workshops, advisors, and customers alike
