Job Title: Sales Manager – Exhibitions & Events
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Commission
Location: London
We are recruiting a Sales Manager to drive exhibitor growth, retention, and revenue across a leading international exhibition portfolio. This is a commercially focused B2B sales role managing high-value accounts while developing new business opportunities within a fast-paced global events environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value exhibitor accounts
- Drive new business generation and exceed revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with clients, agents, trade associations, and stakeholders
- Develop tailored partnership and exhibition proposals
- Identify and convert new commercial opportunities into long-term business
- Work closely with marketing, content, and operational teams
- Attend events onsite to manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery
- Keep up to date with market trends and industry developments
- Maintain accurate reporting and CRM management
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B exhibition or conference sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong new business, lead generation, and account management skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Commercially driven, proactive, and highly organised
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience within the energy sector advantageous but not essential
