The Role

As part of the Event Operations structure, the Event Coordinator position is focused on administration, accuracy, client communication, and operational support across all events.

The Event Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the foundational elements of event delivery are completed accurately and professionally. Acting as a key support function within the Events Department, the role works closely with Junior Event Managers, Event Managers, and senior operational staff to ensure a smooth client journey and efficient internal workflow.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to develop a long-term career within the fast paced and exciting events & hospitality industry.

Please note, a full clean UK driving licence is required for this role and your duties will involve occasional UK and international travel, including some weekends and overnight stays.
