We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing estate agency team in one of London’s most exciting property markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves winning new business, and can inspire a team to consistently exceed targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating, and developing a successful sales team
- Driving residential property sales and market share growth
- Winning instructions and building strong relationships with clients
- Conducting valuations and negotiating offers
- Monitoring performance against targets and KPIs
- Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Supporting business development and local marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within estate agency sales
- Proven track record in winning business and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded
- Full UK driving licence preferred
