Your Role as an Accounts Administrator:

• Managing client onboarding, engagement letters, and maintaining accurate records
• Processing incoming financial documents and ensuring all files are organised and up to date
• Supporting VAT and accounts preparation by collating information and chasing outstanding documentation
• Handling general client correspondence, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in an administrative or finance support role
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
