We're looking for a Software Engineer to join their Product Engineering team during an exciting period of growth and transformation. This role goes beyond traditional software development, combining strong engineering principles with modern AI-assisted tooling and future-focused product delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality features across a portfolio of SaaS products
• Build scalable solutions aligned with modern .NET / C# engineering approaches
• Actively utilise AI-powered development tools to improve efficiency, accelerate delivery, and enhance code quality
• Explore opportunities for AI to support and improve day-to-day development processes
• Collaborate closely with engineers, technical leads, and wider stakeholders to deliver impactful product outcomes
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
• Support platform performance, scalability, and reliability within a live SaaS environment

Key Skills Required:

• Commercial experience with .NET / C# development
• Understanding of software design principles and engineering best practices
• Knowledge of testing fundamentals and writing maintainable, reliable code
• Experience or understanding of modern development workflows, including CI/CD
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and technology

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working within a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Exposure to mobile development, particularly .NET MAUI
• Familiarity with or a strong interest in AI-assisted development tools and intelligent engineering practices
• Experience working across full-stack applications and modern web technologies
