The Role
- Building and managing your own portfolio as a Junior FX Broker
- Making outbound calls to warm and cold prospects
- Supporting clients with spot, forward, and risk‑management products
- Providing market updates and helping clients navigate currency volatility
- Working closely with senior brokers to learn deal structures and trading strategies
- Managing your pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Delivering a consultative, relationship‑led service that builds trust and repeat business
About You
- Confident communicator who’s strong on the phone
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in FX and financial markets
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by targets and progression
- Ability to build rapport quickly with business owners and finance leaders
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
