A leading funds team at a top-tier US firm is seeking an experienced Funds Associate to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract starting ASAP.

The role involves hands on support across private credit fund formation and operations, including drafting, negotiating fund documentation, and working closely with sponsors and investors.

Requirements:

- Strong private credit or investment funds experience

- Senior Associate level (or equivalent)

- Available immediately or at short notice

This is an excellent short-term opportunity to support a market leading, high-quality funds practice.
