About the Role:
- Take full ownership of the administration of syndicated loan facilities, including drawdowns, repayments and fee calculations, ensuring absolute adherence to credit documentation
- Scrutinise and apply credit agreements, amendments, waivers, transfers and consents with a high degree of autonomy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, lenders and legal counsel, resolving queries with professionalism and authority
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, support audits and contribute to continuous process improvements
What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of experience in loan administration or loan agency services, with familiarity with LMA standards
- In depth knowledge of syndicated lending, strong analytical skills and a client focused approach
- Accountability, risk awareness and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
