Elite are partnering with a luxury womenswear brand to recruit a Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly creative designer with a strong fashion background to shape impactful campaigns and elevated brand communications across both digital and print platforms. Working closely with the wider creative team, you will support concept creation, art direction, and content production across multiple touchpoints including campaigns, e-commerce, social and print. This role requires a strong eye for design, visual storytelling and brand consistency, alongside the ability to manage projects from concept through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver creative assets across digital, print, social, email and web.
- Support concept development and art direction for campaigns, stills and motion shoots.
- Maintain strong and consistent brand identity across all channels.
- Develop innovative creative ideas and improve ways of working.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver engaging brand experiences.
- Manage production, suppliers and project timelines where required.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in graphic design and art direction within fashion, retail or a similar creative industry.
- Excellent understanding of branding, layout, typography and visual storytelling.
- Confident art directing photography and video shoots.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong organisational, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work across both print and digital design.
