Front Desk Receptionist- Putney Bridge

Front of House / Reception – Fulham Green | £29,500 | Monday–Friday

We’re looking for a confident Front of House / Receptionist to join a dynamic team based at beautiful Fulham Green, home to a collection of stylish commercial office spaces occupied by a mix of exciting businesses.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, whether you come from a background in hospitality, cabin crew, performing arts, or corporate reception, we want to hear from you!

You’ll be the friendly face of the building, ensuring every client and visitor has a five-star experience from the moment they walk through the door.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming clients and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Managing the reception area and ensuring it always looks polished and inviting
• Handling calls, emails, and meeting room bookings efficiently
• Supporting the on-site team with day-to-day coordination and client requests
• Building great relationships with tenants and visitors across multiple businesses

What we’re looking for:

• A natural communicator who’s personable, polished, and professional
• Someone who loves meeting new people and creating a positive impression
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and handling front-of-house systems
• A background in hospitality, air travel, performing arts, or client service is ideal

Hours: Monday to Friday, either 9am–6pm or 8am–5pm

Location: Fulham Green, London (Putney Bridge station)

Salary: £29,000
